Michael Bagley was elected to the Board of Directors in 2022 and has served as the Chairman of the Housing Committee. He is a retired Account Manager from ArcelorMittal ( steel Company ) where he  worked for over 30 years in sales. He also worked for Dofasco ( Canadian  Steel Company) and Ford Motor company.

He is a an 1974 Initiate of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.
